We are thrilled to announce that Karen Hatcher, CEO of Sovereign Realty & Management, has been elected as the 2025 Region 4 Director for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR). This prestigious leadership position represents both the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ACBR). Karen’s election underscores her ongoing commitment to advancing the real estate industry and homeownership throughout Georgia.

As CEO of Sovereign Realty & Management, Karen has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the market trends shaping Georgia’s real estate landscape. Her dedication to the industry and her community is unwavering, and this election is a testament to her influence and expertise.

Karen will be joined in her leadership roles by several other esteemed members of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. Brianne Drake will serve as President-Elect, Bikel Frenelle as Vice President of Professional Development, and Maura Neill as Vice President of Member and Public Services. Ennis Antoine and Bill Rawlings will serve as a National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Director and 1st Alternate Director, respectively.
